delivery and packaging costs
Any complaints concerning the delivered goods have to be claimed in written form within seven days of receipt. Later reclamations can not be considered. In the case of the return of goods without our approval, we reserve the right to insist on the original contract of sale.
Marginal, objectively justified changes to our contractual obligation, because of technical or qualitative reasons, have to be tolerated by the customer.
As soon as we will have the whole amount of the invoice on our account we will send the items to you.
Please note that PLAYNICK always needs to receive the exact total amount in EUR as written in the invoice, all bank expenses are chargeable to the customer.
